Notes: One of the most innovative of all the 1940s plans, with lovely coloured artist's views, photos, plans, etc. Charles Reilly inspired the plan and the chief consultant was W Dobson Chapman. Other august contributors include Osborn, Tubbs, Gibberd and Jellicoe. A fine reconstruction item.
