Notes: Almost the whole of this, the twentieth and last Welsh Housing Year Book, is the “Full Report of the Wye Valley Regional Planning Scheme” by Patrick Abercrombie and Sydney A Kelly. Much of the region was rural, with poor communications. There were also some depressed mining areas in the south. Very scarce.
