Description: 72pp, including plans, artist impressions, suggested furnishings with illustrations and prices. Attractive stapled card cover, professionally repaired. 21x14. Covers dusty and last few pages a little water-damaged with some tearing, sticking etc. (not too bad). Still a good looking copy. Stamp of Oetzmann on front cover.
Notes: Lovely item, with fascinating illustrations, apparently aimed at the weekend cottager. (The examples are 'especially suitable for the Riverside or Golf Links'.) There is a good deal on furnishings, naturally provided by Oetzmann, who offer a complete package, down to the cutlery etc. Many of the designs are by W Henry White. Uncommon.
