Description: 220pp plus illustrations and 22 pages related adverts. Also 19 plates. Cloth, leather spine, probably an early rebind, 29x21. One plate has an ancient Oxford library stamp on reverse. No other library markings at all. Good copy.
Notes: An outstanding work. The plates are particularly fine with many of tipped-in colour sample tones, as well as drawings of room settings. The author was editor of "The Decorator" and a consultant on the subject in Britain and America
